Clematis Runner

Martha Stewart Living Television

Cultivated in Japan and Europe for centuries, clematis remain popular garden plants, prized for their distinctive, vibrantly hued blooms. Martha brings their beauty indoors by encasing deep-purple clematis in five French jelly jars, which, in turn, she uses to embellish a runner. Each jar, she explains, only requires about one or two blossoms.
