Celebrating Wedding Anniversaries: Iron, Wool, Bronze, and Pottery

Iron
Present six sessions with a weight trainer for pumping iron or six golf lessons and a set of irons.

Wool
For a cozy anniversary at home, wrap a soft double-size wool throw around a videotape of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," "The Seven Samurai," "The Magnificent Seven," or "The Seven-Per-Cent Solution."

Bronze
Pack a favorite book -- or a set, such as eight Pulitzer Prize–winning plays -- between a pair of bronze bookends from a flea market or antiques shop.

Pottery
Give yourselves an artisan-made vase filled with the flowers that were in the bridal bouquet or the centerpieces at the wedding reception.
