No-Touch-Up Eyes

Try this trick from Lea Siegel, a makeup artist in New York City, and you shouldn't have to give your eyes another thought: Start with a cream shadow and liner, then layer on powder versions. To get the look at left, first prep the lid with your regular foundation (apply with a finger or sponge). Blend a cream eye shadow over the entire lid, from lashes to brows, and then brush a powder eye shadow in the same shade over the top to set. Use an eye pencil along the lashes to define the top lid; next, trace over the pencil line with a matching powder liner. Finish with one or two coats of waterproof mascara.
