Luster-Dusted Meringues Recipe
One would think that meringues can't be improved upon, but dip them in a mix of luster dust and orange extract, and you'll think differently.

Mix extract and luster dust in a small bowl. Dip bottoms of meringues into liquid, swirling to coat a bit of the sides. Set meringues on wire rack to dry. If liquid stiffens, stir in drops of extract to achieve the original consistency. Store airtight until serving, up to 2 days.
