Smoked-Salmon Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 teaspoons chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Place salmon, shallot, and lemon juice in a food processor, and blend until smooth. Add creme fraiche, and pulse to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
