Arum-free mojito sounds sacrilegious, but this mix of fresh mint, lime juice, and agave nectar will make you a convert.

- 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint sprigs and leaves
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 4 cups club soda, chilled
Mash mint, lime juice, and agave nectar. Add soda. Serve over ice.
