Blossom Sugar Cubes

Drop these sugar cubes into our Rose Champagne Cocktail.

  • Yield: Makes 15 cubes (each 1 1/2 inches)

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 small drop pale-pink food coloring


  1. Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Pour out onto a clean surface; pat into a tight round about 1/2 inch thick. Cut out shapes with cutter, and let sit undisturbed until set, about 15 minutes. Gently move to an airtight container, and store up to 5 days.

Cook's Notes

Use a 5-petal blossom cutter, 1 1/2 inches across.
